Using Spotlight
These terms apply to your use of Spotlight at bspotlight.in. Use the service only when you can validly agree to these terms. If you are under the age of majority, involve a parent or guardian where required. Do not make payments without authorization.
Profiles and ownership
Visitors can nominate Instagram profiles. A nomination does not prove ownership, endorsement or affiliation. Only an authorized, verified owner may edit protected profile information. Verification establishes control through the evidence available to Spotlight; it is not Meta verification or a guarantee of a person’s identity, credibility or business quality. Claims and nominations may require review.
Your responsibilities
Submit accurate information and only content you have the right to share. Do not impersonate others, submit false ownership evidence, harass people, publish private information without permission, manipulate traffic or payments, or interfere with the service. Keep access to your sign-in account secure.
Content and moderation
You retain your rights in content you submit and permit Spotlight to host, display and process it as needed to provide the service. Spotlight may review, restrict or remove content, suspend abusive accounts and revoke ownership where evidence warrants it. You can report inaccurate profiles or ownership disputes through the service or contact @bspotlight.in on Instagram.
Boosts and rankings
A boost is a paid Spotlight feature associated with a profile. Review the amount and any duration shown before confirming payment. A boost does not guarantee followers, sales, reach, enquiries or a particular rank. Rankings can change as other users boost, support expires, payments are refunded or moderation actions occur. Estimates are not promises. Do not assume that a boost is a direct payment to the Instagram profile owner.
Payments and refunds
Razorpay processes payments. Boosts are credited after successful server-side payment verification. Active boosts are normally non-refundable once exposure begins, subject to applicable rights and review of duplicate charges, system failures, fraud or removal before activation. Contact @bspotlight.in on Instagram with your payment reference, date, amount and a description of the issue. Do not send payment credentials. A refund request is not confirmation that a refund has been approved.
External services and collaborations
Instagram, Google, Razorpay and other linked services have their own terms. Spotlight is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. Profile listings and collaboration enquiries do not guarantee the conduct of another user or the outcome of a separate business agreement.
Availability and responsibility
We work to keep Spotlight available, but interruptions and errors can occur. Features may change. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or particular commercial results. These terms do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
