Payment and delivery help

Send the order/payment reference, amount, date, profile link and a short description to our support email. We aim to acknowledge requests within 2 business days. See Refunds for review and refund-initiation timelines.

Privacy and profile issues

Email us for access, correction, deletion, disputed ownership or removal of a profile listed without your involvement. You do not need an Instagram account to email a privacy request. We may request proportionate evidence to prevent unauthorised changes.

Never share passwords, verification OTPs, UPI PINs or access tokens with support.
