Delivery of your 24-hour sponsored profile placement.

Spotlight provides sponsored profile placement at bspotlight.in. We do not ship physical goods or place advertisements inside Instagram.

Activation and duration

After successful payment verification, the server activates the placement and records its start and expiry. Each purchase lasts 24 hours from that activation time. It is not a calendar-day reservation and does not renew automatically. Rankings update as the service processes the verified payment; a bank debit alone is not confirmation of activation.

Placement scope

The purchase contributes to the profile's relevant city, category and India boards. Main rankings depend on total active placement spend. It does not reserve a fixed position or ensure the profile stays on the first screen. Today and This week filter payments using India time; expiry can remove a purchase from ranking even within these periods. Profile ownership and payment are separate.

Checking delivery

Use the Your placements dashboard in the browser/account used for the purchase to check status. A paid profile is labelled Sponsored while it has active placement spend. The listing itself may remain after the paid placement expires.

Payment pending or missing placement

If checkout succeeded but no placement appears after 15 minutes, contact support@bspotlight.in with the payment reference and profile link. This is a support-contact threshold, not a guaranteed activation time. Check payment status before retrying to avoid duplicate purchases. See our refund policy for non-delivery.
